The State Duma of the Russian Federation is considering an amendment to the law on «Motorways and road operations».
The amendments include the introduction of booking the date and time of cross-border transit for cargo vehicles beginning on 1st September 2023.

“If the draft law is implemented, we hope that it will contribute to the reduction or elimination of cargo lines on the border along with optimization of the transit time for land transportation”.
When preparing amendments for the second reading, the State Duma deputies will additionally consult with the Ministry of Economic Development.
