Surrounding yourself with a crew of quality people. Venting to your buddies can be therapeutic and prevent you from going full-on Godzilla at work.
Eat Smart, Not Hard:
Fueling up with nutritious grub and staying hydrated. Remember: protein and fiber-rich food is your best friend, especially if you want to be healthy and fit. The correct amount of protein will maintain muscle, improve sleep, and boost serotonin and dopamine levels. Numerous clinical studies and research demonstrate that Omega-3 fatty acids and B vitamins can work wonders in reducing stress levels. Eating about 400 grams of red fatty fish a week or having proper Omega-3 supplementation is like giving your body and brain a VIP pass to longevity.
No need to be hard on yourself though – an occasional burger won’t kill (probably).
