Anna Borovkova, EY Manager, has taken part at annual “HR-brand Central Asia” conference. Anna has facilitated a workshop on HR metrics and analytics. During the workshop she has discussed theoretical and practical aspects of using HR metrics, including its types and benefits, as well as practical steps of creating HR metrics system. Despite of theoretical knowledge, people had a chance to evaluate what existing metrics could be valuable for them and make some practical exercises.
By incorporating research-based information that encompasses both best and worst practices, these discussions have paved the way for an innovative Human resources management approach.
