In such conditions, making informed HR and career decisions based on up-to-date market data is more important than ever.
Antal Kazakhstan, a recruitment company, is launching the annual “Job market overview and Salary Survey 2026–2027”.

– job changes and candidate behaviour;
– job search methods and timelines;
– reasons for choosing an employer or leaving a company;

– the use of neural networks and AI;
– candidates’ attitudes towards the use of AI in recruitment and interviews;
– expectations and outlook for the future.

• completion takes approximately 10–15 minutes;

The survey results will be published in October 2026.
