    EY: Employee wellbeing as a business driver

The COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing global disruptions are significantly affecting emotional state of people. Therefore, an importance of maintaining employees’ wellbeing is significantly increasing and becoming more crucial.

According to the EY Compensation & Benefits Survey 2022/2023 in Kazakhstan, 41% of companies have specific programs or initiatives on fostering employee’s wellbeing. All these companies hold various corporate events, 49% of them provide special office facilities (break rooms, etc.), 33.2% conduct trainings and 21.4% provide psychological support services.

Global studies and EY’s experience demonstrate that job seekers more frequently consider employee wellbeing initiatives when looking for job opportunities.
