EUROBAK’s FMCG Committee is developing a proposal for implementing industrial extended producer responsibility initiatives.
We have already made significant progress on this topic in the past. At this stage, a meeting within the Association is being organized for all interested parties to discuss the next steps in advancing this initiative.
On September 26, EUROBAK, in collaboration with USAID/FGI and the national company “KAZAKHINVEST,” organized a roundtable in Astana focused on global best practices for attracting and supporting foreign direct investment. The event featured leading investment experts — David O'Donovan from Ireland and Wojciech Tyborowski from Poland — who discussed with “KAZAKHINVEST” representatives the current mechanisms and structure for attracting foreign investment in Kazakhstan. Following the meetings, the experts developed recommendations to improve the investment system, which EUROBAK has forwarded for review.
