On January 29 with support of Haileybury Almaty School we arranged a webinar dedicated to one special topic about the British Education “A-Levels – A pathway to the world’s best universities” During the session Mr Simon Mills Headmaster at Haileybury Almaty spoke about the strengths of the A-levels system how it works what A-Levels develops in a young person and guest speaker Dr Paul Wingfield shared about the process of application to the world’s best universities in particular Cambridge as well as how GCSE and A-level results are used in University admissions We also had Nikol Haileybury Almaty Alumni UCL Alumni and Gaukhar Haileybury Almaty graduate 2020 Yale student who shared their own experience of studying A-levels Watch the webinar
