For the first time, The Ritz-Carlton, Almaty will host the UNICEF Gala Dinner – “Dreams Without Borders” on 28 November 2025, bringing together Kazakhstan’s leading figures from business, culture, and media to support a vital cause — adolescent mental health.
All funds raised from the charity auction and ticket sales will go directly towards UNICEF’s national programme to strengthen mental health support for adolescents and reduce the number of suicides among youth. The initiative aims to train 50,500 teachers, doctors, and psychologists and reach 140,000 adolescents across Kazakhstan with skills and services that promote emotional well-being, prevent crises, and ensure timely access to professional care for those in need. Up to 10,000 young people facing serious mental health challenges will receive specialized support and guidance.
The Gala Dinner in Almaty marks Kazakhstan’s entry into the global UNICEF tradition of fundraising galas, where communities unite to give children hope and opportunity — a modern reflection of the Kazakh tradition of zhylu zhinaу, coming together to help those in need.
Headlined by ALEM popular singer, and hosted by Nurlan Saburov and Dinara Satzhan, the evening will feature exclusive auction lots, live performances, and special guests.
