EY experts spoke about the launch of the next phase of the Fast Track acceleration program for women-led businesses at the national meeting of the Association of Business Women of Kazakhstan.
“The main goal of the Fast Track program is to support Kazakhstani women entrepreneurs. EY consultants are ready to share their extensive experience and knowledge of best practices of digitalization in the SME sector for long-term and sustainable development,” said Dilara Shurshenova, Consulting Practice Manager.
The Fast Track program is designed for 9 months of intensive work with business experts and includes:
– individual strategic sessions
– assistance in designing and implementing the business development roadmap
– training on best international business practices and consulting support.
The purpose of the Fast Track program is to bring 25 women-led businesses to a new level of development. The first stage of the Fast Track program which was launched together with the EBRD in 2019 covered 15 women’s companies.
