Eurasian Alliance of Antimonopoly Experts” NGO invites you to take part in the XI Eurasian Antimonopoly Forum to be held on April 20-21, 2023 in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The Forum is a high-end professional platform for the exchange of positive practical experience and opinions between state and judicial bodies, expert community and business on practical issues of antimonopoly regulation of Eurasian countries.
The Forum is supported by the Competition Law Centre and the BRICS International Centre for Competition Law and Policy. Kinstellar is an official partner of the Forum this year and therefore is happy to invite you to participate.
Traditionally the Forum participants will be the representatives of the antimonopoly block of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the management of the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the representatives of the antimonopoly authorities of the Union member states, the Judges of the EAEC and Kazakhstani courts, prominent experts and corporate lawyers.
The key topics of the Forum in 2023:
- Current problems of competition development in the countries of the Eurasian region. The role of government participation in the economy;
- Pricing of dominant companies in the modern world: challenges for antitrust regulation;
- Practical measures for prevention and reduction of antitrust risks;
- Departmental and court disputes on the cases of antitrust law violations.
Participation in the Forum will provide the opportunity to learn about the perspectives of antitrust regulation in EEC and Kazakhstan, obtain practical knowledge about effective communication with the antitrust authorities, ask questions directly to the regulator and establish new business contacts.

Venue of the Forum: 181 Zheltoksan Street, InterContinental Almaty Hotel, Almaty.
The standard package includes: participation in all Forum sessions and one training session, coffee breaks, lunches, handouts, free excursion program.
Participation fee is 150,000 tenge or approximately 320 USD (excluding VAT). For participation of several participants from one company, a 10% discount from the total cost will be applied.
For foreign participants, the cost will be recalculated according to the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Kazakhstan on the date of invoicing.
Language of the Forum is currently Russian, however translation will be provided if enough participants require such translation.
