 llowing nominees for the ESG Executive Team:\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nAir Astana Yuli

 lic Affairs\, Communications and Sustainability Senior Director\, Caucasus
  and Central Asia region\n\nKazakh Pharmaceutical Company "Medservice Plus
 " LLP Marzhan Khalmurzayeva\, ESG Manager\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nVOTING PROCESS:\nV
 oting will be held online via Zoom.\nPlease kindly note that each company*
  will have one vote. In the event of the company being represented by two 
 or more persons\, only one person will be able to vote\, and the company m
 ust choose which one. Other representative(s) will be transferred to the w
 aiting room while voting takes place (it should take around 5-7 minutes). 
 As soon as voting is complete\, all of the participants will be reconnecte
 d\, to the main conference room and we will announce the results.\n\n&nbsp
 \;\n\n*Only fully paid-up Members will be eligible to vote at the Committe
 e meeting. Please make sure your company pays the membership fee.\n\nTo co
