  of this meeting is to report the results of the previous year and elect n

 person participation is limited to one (1) person per company. Any additio
 nal representatives of the same company may attend the meeting online and 
 shall participate with observer status only.  Where all representatives o
 f a company attend online\, the company shall appoint one designated repre
 sentative to exercise its voting right on its behalf\, while the others sh
 all have observer status.\n\nIMPORTANT:\nParticipation in the in-person ev
 ent is free of charge and is reserved for CEOs of EUROBAK Member Companies
  only. If a CEO is not able to attend AGM\, they may provide a Power of At
 torney to a representative of their company to participate and vote at the
  AGM in person.\nEach company is entitled to one (1) vote.  Where a compa
 ny is represented by more than one participant\, the company shall designa
 te a single representative to exercise its voting rights.\nOther represent
 atives of EUROBAK Members companies are welcome to attend ONLINE.\nPOWER O
 F ATTORNEY:\nThe Power of Attorney must be printed on company’s official
  letterhead and stamped by the issuing company for it to be valid.\nThe or
 iginal of the Power of Attorney must be delivered to EUROBAK office no lat
 er than 3 March\, 18.00.\nPlease\, note\, if the Power of Attorney  does 
 not comply with a set format and is delivered after the deadline\, it cann
 ot be accepted.\nIn order to confirm your participation\, please kindly pr
 oceed with an Online Registration. \nIf you require online participation\
