 ting of EUROBAK Travel\, Hospitality &amp\; MICE Committee and elections
  of the Executive Team will be held on 19 February 2025.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nD
 uring this meeting we would elect the executive team for Travel\, Hospital
 ity &amp\; MICE Committee and set an action plan for 2025. Please find the

 Serebrennikova\, CEO\n\n\nTurkish Airlines\nUgur Cantimur\, Director\n\n\n
 \n&nbsp\;\n\nVOTING PROCESS:\n\nVoting will be held online via Zoom.\n\nPl
 ease kindly note that each company* will have one vote. In the event of t
 he company being represented by two or more persons\, only one person will
  be able to vote and the company must choose which one. Other representati
 ve(s) will be transferred to the waiting room while voting takes place (it
  should take around 5-7 minutes). As soon as voting is complete\, all of t
 he participants will be re-connected to the main conference room and we wi
 ll announce the results.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n*Only fully paid up Members will be
  eligible to vote at the Committee meeting. Please make sure your compan
 y pays up the membership fee.  \n\n&nbsp\;\n\nTo confirm your participat
