 any pays up Membership fee.\n\nIMPORTANT:\n\nParticipation at this event i
 s FREE and for CEOs of EUROBAK Member companies only. If a CEO is not abl
 e to attend the Annual General Meeting\, he/she can provide a Power of Att
 orney to a representative of his/her company to participate and vote at 
 the Annual General Meeting (for your convenience a sample of Power of Atto
 rney is attached hereto as Annex 2).\n\nPOWER OF ATTORNEY:\n\nThe Power of
  Attorney must be printed on company’s official letterhead and stamped b
 y the issuing company for it to be valid.\nThe original of the Power of At
 torney must be delivered to EUROBAK office no later than 21 February\, 18.
 00. Please\, note\, if the Power of Attorney does not comply with a set f
 ormat and is delivered after the deadline\, it cannot be accepted.\nPlease
  kindly note that only one (1) person per company can participate offline.
  Other company members are free to join online.\n\nEach company will have 
 one vote.\n\nIn the event if the company is represented by two or more per
 sons (online)\, the company must choose only one person to vote. In the ev
 ent of one representative participating offline they will be excepted to v
 ote and online participating colleagues will have an observer status.\n\nI
 n order to confirm your participation\, please kindly proceed with an Onli
 ne Registration. If you require online participation\, please send a requ
 est to event@eurobak.kz.\n\nPlease note that the meeting will be held in a
  format of business lunch. If you need a vegetarian menu or have any food 
 allergies\, please inform us in advance by e-mail manager@eurobak.kz\, but
