Dinara Tanasheva

Dinara Tanasheva has over 20 years of professional experience with a focus on providing a wide range of legal services, including services related to employment, secondment and foreign labor matters, to major national and international companies. Dinara has been involved in developing recommendations on improvement of the legal and regulatory environment through a number of different platforms, such as EUROBAK, working groups of Foreign Investors’ Council, AMCHAM, the Association of Taxpayers in Kazakhstan, and others. Dinara has actively participated in the working groups drafting Labour Codes of 2007 and 2016 and Work Permit Rules. 
Yuliya Yudina

Yuliya has 14 years experience in HR. After graduating from KIMEP she started her career working for Heineken Group, Samsung and HSBC Bank. Yuliya joined Chagala Group in 2010 as HR Manager and in 2012 was promoted to Group HR Director role responsible for HR function in 5 operating units across Western Kazakhstan. 
Oktyabrina Murzagaliyeva

Oktyabrina holds an MBA degree from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriott-Watt University, UK and has over 11 years of experience in people and organization projects in Kazakhstan and Europe. She worked in industry and consulting, delivered projects in organizational change, HR business processes analysis and design, grading, bonus system and competency model development in banking, public, oil&gas, mining, telecommunication, FMCG and other sectors.
She also manages projects on surveys and researches on labour market (Salary survey, Best employer, Devaluation express-survey etc.). Oktyabrina is a tutor in EY HR Academy.
Oktyabrina has many publications in media, regularly speaks at the events of EUROBAK, AmCham and others. 
  Oleg Sirbu
Deputy Chairperson / EUROBAK HR Committee
PwC / Senior Consultant People and Organisation
Oleg Sirbu is a Senior Consultant in People and Organization practice, PwC Kazakhstan. Oleg has over 12 years of practical HR experience with over 8 years within compensation and benefits. As of 2004 he has worked in Telecom, Oil & Gas and IT multinational and industry leading companies, with assignments across Moldova, Russia, and Kazakhstan. Since 2017 Oleg is a member of People and Organization team at PwC Kazakhstan, where he provides expertise in total reward, performance management and organizational development projects. Oleg is CIPD Associate and holds HR Management Diploma (Nottingham Trent University, UK).
